AXS are the Official Ticket Partner of Utilita Arena Birmingham!

01/09/23

Recently named Ticketing Business of the Year, AXS are a globally recognised leader in the ticketing industry, owned by Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG), one of the world's largest presenters of live music and entertainment events.

AXS are the award-winning official ticketing partner of many venues across the UK, including The O2, BST Hyde Park, Dreamland Margate and OVO Arena Wembley. To learn more about AXS, check out this short video.

To save time when buying tickets for new events we strongly recommend you register for an AXS account and download the AXS App.

AXS bring with them their award-winning AXS Mobile ID digital ticketing system, with tickets assigned directly to fans attending. As we transition to AXS, this will become the main way you get into events at our arenas.

AXS Mobile ID allows you to manage your tickets digitally, with the option of transferring them easily amongst your party right up until the start of the show.

Can't make the show?

AXS has made it easy to sell tickets you can no longer use through AXS Official Resale right within the app. This provides the option to resell tickets at face value with a cap of no more than 10% above the price paid by fans. This helps prevent ticket touting and helps combat illegal counterfeiting of paper tickets.

For step-by-step help and information on AXS, and what your AXS Mobile ID ticket can do for you, please head to their comprehensive FAQ page.

Accessible Tickets

Much like our previous ticketing partner, The Ticket Factory, AXS are partnered with Nimbus Disability. If you are registered with Nimbus and have an Access Card, you'll be able to use that when purchasing tickets through AXS to unlock accessible seating that matches your requirements.

Events with accessible and companion tickets can be purchased on AXS.com, if available, by clicking on the "Buy Tickets" button under Accessible Tickets on the event page.

For more information on buying accessible seating via AXS, check out their help page.
